The role of Commercial Graduate Trainee is ideal for a Business or Economics graduate who wants to develop their career within a commercial environment in a thoroughly exciting and forward thinking industry.

The role will involve working within the Commercial team, as part of the wider commercial business area. You will gain a “hands-on” experience across the commercial team, working on and managing a number of specific projects.

On successful completion of the 2-year project period, you will be fully equipped to take on a key commercial role within the team.

We are looking for someone who is keen to develop their career in a forward thinking, vibrant chemical manufacturing business, has the aptitude to negotiate contracts and has excellent communication skills as well as a “can-do” attitude. An ideal applicant would be an effective team player with:

  • A 2:1 (equivalent) or above in a Business or Economics degree from a leading university
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Team Player
  • Valid driving license – the role will require flexibility to travel UK wide
